Recently I purchased the this item and delivered today, expecting a quality product based on the manufacturer's claims. Unfortunately, the product failed to meet even the basic standards.Poor Material Quality:The material they claimed to be ceramic but it is a cheap plastic, extremely flimsy and cheap, nowhere close to what was advertised. It feels like a low-grade that won't last long.Misleading Claims:The product description as boasted doesn't deliver.Disappointed and Overpriced:Considering the price, I expected a much better product.
