Comfortable after c section delivery
I had a c section delivery and these panties are quite comfortable to wear after the delivery. I tried them during my 8-9th months of pregnency also but personally i was not very comfortable at that time due to the belly size. However after delivery,they are very comfortable to wear and also does not cause problem in the area of stiches. The stiches area are covered with these panties.

I have used it after my cesar and found it very comfortable as it high waist.

Useful but, not for those used to Jockey
Very useful after delivery normal or c-section as it is high over the incision site. However as I was used to Jockey before, this cloth felt a little rough on skin and seams at thighs are a bit thick - only when compared to jockey, but good enough to wear no complaints

Does the job well
Last time i brought a large size (though i generally use medium). So if you are buying it during pregnancy as its suggested during that period, i would recommend you to buy couple of size larger. This time i bought a xxl and it is extremely comfortable.

Size is adequate even for the obese women. Goes pretty up the stitch line so very comfotable
