Highly reccommend!
I prefer white balsamic vinegar over the taste of dark "traditional" balsamic. This stuff pairs extremely well with strawberries, peaches, vanilla, verjus, and is mild enough to go with pork. I made macerated strawberries with this and the taste knocked my socks right off in a good way!
