I am so glad I received this as a Xmas present a few years back. It works great that I bought a second so I could allow airing out the inside to keep it from building baby mold or odor. Not that my first one ever has.I love how I can remove it from the backpack and put it in the fridge over night so it’s cold for the next days hike. It stays cold through a 5 mile hike in SoCal in summer.

Was pleasantly surprised how long my water stayed cool during the hike. Only downside is that water sitting in the hose gets warm so you need few sips to reach the cold one in the pack, but that didn’t bother me too much.

Haven't use my hydration pack in a while and the hose became brittle and disintegrated and didn't feel like buying a new one as they have really gone up on price. This worked great in my old Outdoor research pack

I like the idea of being able to freeze and or keep my water cool in hot locations. Great idea if you have the right size

I've been using this Outdoor Products Hydration Bladder for about a month now while riding my motorcycle and it's awesome ! It keeps your water cool for at least 2-4 hours depending on the ambient temperature outside. No drips, leaks or any complaints so far. Buy one, it's a game changer !

I’ve lost the bite valve to the mouthpiece twice. I found it once. To order a new set of two costs as much as a new bladder. It doesn’t matter if the water is cool if I can’t drink, have had to drink out of main filler opening
