I bought this to alleviate the symptoms of my Occipital Neuralgia, I cant sleep without this pillow now. It took a few weeks to not only get used to the odd shape and style but to notice a difference in my neck aches/ pain. If I go without using this pillow for more than a few days the symptoms come right back so I can safely say this has been making a huge improvement on my well being. The only downsize is the price. Highly recommended for being with my similar issues.

I had 3 weeks of neck pain from traveling and using my computer with horrible posture while doing so. I went to a massage therapist and the guy said, "you did some serious damage to your neck." It hurt so much that when I awoke in bed, even without moving, I was in pain.My fiance gave me her pillow and told me to try it because it "helps bring the spine into alignment." She knows a lot about this stuff, so I trusted her. After 1 night, 70% of the pain was gone. It was insane. I looked at the label and turns out it was the arc4life pillow (she bought it 2014).I immediately ordered this pillow and have been using it since. It took about a night to break-in, but after that it's been amazing. I told my mom about this pillow as she was in a car accident and sleeps with just a towel roll. I spoke to an arc4life rep on the phone and she told me they had other customers with similar issues.My mom said the pillow was much more comfortable than the towel and that she had a good night's sleep and liked the pillow as well. She said this is the first time she's been able to use a pillow in years.This pillow obviously costs more than others, but I rarely buy pillows and this has been worth the cost. Thanks arc4life!!

If you're wondering whether or not this pillow is worth the money... the answer is yes! I have chronic neck pain, to the point that my first conscious thought each morning as I woke up was "Ugggg, my neck hurts." It was always so stiff and so painful. From night one with this pillow, I could tell that my neck felt differently as I lay on it - much more supported than with my regular tempurpedic pillow. When I woke up the following morning, my first conscious thought was "Oh my gosh! My neck does't hurt!" This is really a great pillow, folks. I looked at A LOT of different ones before purchasing this one, and read a lot of reviews. I basically found that with something like pillows, you pretty much get what you pay for, for better or worse. This pillow is expensive, but it's very high quality, and it really works for serious neck pain! My recommendation is also to use the "traction" side of it, for a gentle but GREAT stretch!

Mes douleurs de névralgie d'Arnold ont beaucoup diminué avec cette oreiller, il n'est pas très confortable pour les oreilles par contre. J'ai mis juste 2 étoiles car cet oreiller doit être changer à tout les ans car il s'affaisse beaucoup et au bout d'un an j'ai recommencé à avoir beaucoup de douleur. Le prix est trop élevé pour cet oreiller, ça ne vaut pas plus que 50$.

For over one hundred dollars, you get a standard pillow that has a T-shaped stitch to supposedly guide your head and neck to stay in place. The pillow is not supportive nor comfortable, I regret purchasing it.
