Best product for Psoriasis on the scalp on the market!! I have been using it for 3 months and has worked better than RX stuff and all the others on the market! Believe me i have tried many other hair shampoos conditioners and none come close and it makes my hair so soft! PLUS it is made with natural ingredients!! The smell is a lil bit extreme but it is worth it to me! Thank you Grandpa's for an awesome product!

I've always struggled with dandruff and this winter it had gotten particularly bad. I felt like a walking snowglobe. I picked up some scalp treatment shampoo and then bought this conditioner as well. My scalp has never felt better and I'm very happy. However, now my hair always smells like I slept next to a campfire. I may try to find something without such a strong and off-putting scent but if I can't find anything else that works this well, I will stick with it. If you don't mind your hair smelling like a campfire, this stuff will definitely help your dandruff problems.

It smells like a man that is smoking meat on his new draeger smoker after a long day of cutting down pine trees, wrestling grizzly bears and an occasional moose.... it definitely has a distinct smell. It does not, in fact, help with dandruff. No matter how much you put on or how long you let it sit....it did not soothe my angry scalp.... be prepared to smell like “liquid smoke” for a couple days... this really attracts the middle aged financially stable men. So, if you’re looking for one of those(or you are one of those) this product is for you! But don’t rely on it to control dandruff or provide relief for an angry scalp. Overall, it did leave my hair smokily soft.

I have baby-fine hair that is easily weighed down and prone to splits and breaks. This stuff is the best I’ve ever tried (including some shamefully high priced goops). It rinses out really well without residue, it’s moisturizing enough to smooth out and repair breaks, and doesn’t weigh my hair down. My hair is even nice on day 2 so I get to skip a wash- I’ve never been able to do that before!

Daughter has flaky scalp. Nothing helped it go away. We went to the doc, she prescribed a shampoo that was $350! I don't like using chemicals anyway, I figure they usually compound the problem and since my daughter's issues are allergies, I thought I'd try something else for her. She is always game. It works! She told me the other day all the itchies and flakes were gone. The scent is definitely pine, but it's not overpowering. I'm SO glad I took a chance and tried this. She's very happy as well. Better for the body and the pocketbook!

I recently became a big fan of this company's shampoo, so I decided to try the conditioner for the extra benefits to the scalp. I NEVER use conditioner because every one I try makes my hair so thin it feels like it's going to fall out, and/or leaves my scalp in worse condition. This stuff is what I've been looking for. I don't know what people are talking about in regards to the smell - I think it smells just like their shampoo i.e. piney, fresh, and natural. My scalp and hair feel amazing after just the first use. Will continue to buy again and again

Personally, I don't like the scent of this conditioner at all. It smells like smoke. Like you've been standing by the fire pit all night.I was expecting the tar smell that most psoriasis shampoos have, not a smoke scent in my hair.I can't say I've noticed any positive difference in my psoriasis since using the conditioner. It works fine as a hair conditioner, but I won't be buying again.

For sensitive scalps, this is a must! After so many brands for psoriasis, this is the 1st and only repeat purchase i have completed. Definitely works and I can't recommend enough. Just know this stuff smells like pine tar, but the relief it brings it totally worth the scent that comes along with it
