I was hesitant to get this due to the reviews about chalk marks not erasing well. I now know that actually comes down to the chalk markers you use, not the board. I use Bandle B liquid chalk markers, and I can leave it on for days and it erases with just water, without leaving even a hint of a mark! This board is sturdy, and has everything I wanted on it. Plus it’s not too expensive! I got 2 more, since I’ll someday have 3 kids going to school at the same time. Very happy!

I like this sign so much that I use it for my daughters every year to mark their first and last days of school. It's a great way to commemorate the beginning and end of each school year, and it's easy to store for future use.

This sign was perfect for my toddler's first day of preschool. The colors were bright and fun for the picture. Had all the information I wanted to include. The back side is for the last day of school so it serves a dual purpose. This sign seems sturdy enough that we'll be using it for many school years to come

Sign is good quality, super cute. Based on the reviews that chalk markers don't come off easily (or at all), I decided to use real chalk instead.

I bought this one last year for first grade and again this year for second grade. I used a paint pen as I want to keep these for my daughter through graduation. Will purchase again, highly recommend.

This is exactly what I've been wanting for years since I had my 1st kid (3 total) and I'm excited for my oldest to use it as well as my other two and use it as a family tradition :) It is exactly as the picture shows too, chalk you have to buy separately.
