The vacuum is very good however you don't get the accessories suggested by Amazon on the website. Problem has to be reported to Roidmi apparently if the product specification has changed however Roidmi point back to Amazon as they are the sellers. To cut to the chase, don't expect the motorised upholstery tool, a second (hard floor) roller or the water fed cleaning pad attachment for hard floors - these are no longer part of the RS35 product from the packaging I received although still advertised by Amazon. Amazon customer service have since corrected the issue to my satisfaction but be aware if these tools are important as Roidmi say you need to order these as an "extra" from their spares facilities.Review update June 2021 - after using for 4 months, the charge does not seem to last on the battery longer than 10 minutes on medium setting - just enough time to get a couple of rooms done - quite disappointed with the overall experience with this vacuum and therefore demoting to one star - cannot recommend

I was lucky enough to purchase this vacuum at an excellent price. I’d never been happy with my Dyson and liked the look of this brand, so the Dyson went off to the charity shop, and good riddance!Roidmi was a brand I’d never come across which initially made me a little apprehensive, but even while unboxing, the build quality started to become apparent. Slotting the pieces together was a satisfying experience as each piece connects with a confident, firm click, and the whole unit feels very solid once assembled.Battery charging is far quicker than the Dyson, and battery life considerably longer too, and I love the magnetic charging point.The handle is well designed and sufficiently large to keep a good grip while vacuuming, and the lowest power setting is more than adequate for picking up bits and bobs, with two more powerful settings easily selected when required.The size of the dust box was of a bit of a concern when I ordered (being a bit smaller than the Dyson), but this hasn’t proved to be an issue, and the removal and refitting of it is again, very nicely designed being a doddle to empty and refit without any annoying spillage.I can’t think of any cons for this vacuum, but the pros are it’s super build quality, battery life and the 3 power settings which make it a great all-rounder, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the brand and this model in particular.

Love, love, love this. Was very skeptical when my husband suggested it but it was such good value for money (was part of an on the day flash sale) that we gave it a chance. Sooo glad we did. Great suction, gets, battery lasts well and comes with a whole host of accessories. Hoovering is now a doddle and a quick whip around effortless. 10/10. Wish I'd have got one sooner, don't waste youre money on the more expensive equivalents!!

I own a Dyson hand held and a pet edition of the G-tech upright.The Roidmi R15 is hands down the best out of the 3 in every department.I would recommend giving this brand a try, you cannot find it on most high streets but they do sell it in Harrods!FYI to turn it on you have to hold down the on switch not press it, for a good 15 minutes i though i had a duff one!

Needed a lightweight cordless cleaner for my elderly mum and the wrap-round handle on this hoover is easier to use than the 'pistol-grip' types. Was very pleasantly surprised as it is really light but has huge suck on high power mode that lasted the best part of 10mins. Amazing selection of tools for the bargain Amazon price too, including a small motor-powered brush (they call it a mattress brush) that is great for dogs hairs and stairs. The light on the floorhead is a bit annoying as it only comes in in near pitch darkness and the bin is a bit small - but if it was bigger the cleaner would be heavier. The magnetic charger is neat but you can just plug it in if you don't want to stick the little magnetic puck on your wall. Good cleaner with lots of tools at a really good price on Amazon.
