I don’t work out much but I do wear dresses and shorts on a frequent basis. There's a noticeable difference when I skip this! However, make sure you're washing and cleaning the area you apply this to well, cause it can clog your pores.

I live and work in Florida where the hot humid weather can be very uncomfortable. This product solved all my problems. Amazon was very late in the delivery. However, it was worth the wait.

Most cost-effective and enduring product I have found to date. As an endurance athlete and Army veteran, I’m am on the constant hunt for a product that is both effective in the field and simultaneously budget-friendly. After 1+ year of dailyuse & rigorous testing in multiple continental US environments, I must say that this Gold Bond product is the premier choice in anti-friction. I’ve used it successfully in some of these most extreme conditions includinga trail marathon in East TN covered in mud, jagged rock, rushing streams and greasy clay. If my feet didn’t blister after running in soaked shoes over those surfaces for nearly 7 hours - Gold Bond deserves a hearty and genuine endorsement. I’ve also used this product successfully on 13-18 mile runs in excessive heat and humidity, 400+ mile days in the car (need I say more?), and day-long hikes in both the Smoky & Cumberland Mountains. It’s good for every friction area I have issues with, thus I keep one going for the privates, one for the feet, and one for waist and up. Great stuff’

I was initially hesitant to try any product other than Body Glide for my running lube needs, but I'm very glad I chose Gold Bond!For me, the two leading products are completely fungible and I get the same great lubricating benefits from Gold Bond, but at a lower price. I have been using on runs 5-6 days a week over the last year with no issues. I also recently used during the (1) Staten Island Half Marathon where I ran a 1:26 and the (2) NYC Marathon where I ran a 3:19 (not as good as I had hoped, but NYC is a tough race!).As a male, I typically use under my arms, all over my chest, around my waist, and under my groin. The best advice I can give is to over-apply, particularly ahead of a longer or hotter run / race. If you are a new long-distance runner, after each long-run you'll inevitably find a new are of the body that could have benefitted from some lubrication. Good luck with your training!

This product is amazing for both men & women! I first bought it when I was in Vegas, & underestimated how much walking we would be doing. I used this in between my thighs to avoid chaffe! Years later when I met my husband, we discovered he had psoriasis. Whenever the heat hit & he was susceptible to extra moisture in any folds, arms, knees, ground, buttocks etc, I suggested he use it. It damn near cleared his psoriasis right up!!! We’re both active people, so we use this on the daily for both work, & workouts. Highly recommend. We literally bought like a 6 pack of it.

Works very well, as described. I put it on my thighs to help minimize any chaffing. It’s definitely a lot less conspicuous than wearing Gold Bond baby powder, which is quite visible on the skin. This product is invisible on the skin. I find that one application does not last me a full day though. I do have to re-apply multiple times throughout the day. Overall, a good buy. I’d purchase it again.
