I primarily use it for hip thrusts. The cushion is amazing. One hardly feels the barbell. The strapping mechanism is very snug and holds the cushion in place. Highly recommended for the gym rats.

I bought this mainly for barbell hip thrusts. The company says Firstfit but the one that I received had the label Wearslim on it. i was skeptic and thought of returning but the Quality is great so i didn’t bother.
