We got a new espresso machine, and my husband wanted to have some clear cups to better enjoy the layering and special effects that his new coffee machine can achieve. These double-walled mugs are the perfect thing - exactly what he was looking for. They are dishwasher safe (a must for me) and are shockingly light weight. They have held up well after constant use for the last few months and he likes them now as much as he did when they first arrived! They feel like they are so delicate, because they are so light weight, but they haven't chipped or broken. And on top of that, they keep drinks warmer for longer too because they are double-walled! They are really great - and would make for a great housewarming gift, or a just because gift to your favorite coffee drinker!

My glass coffee mugs were well-protected in good packaging. Arrived very quickly. I was anticipating a pretty, but very fragile product. Surprise! They are attractive, lightweight, but are holding up well. I've only had them about a week and have preferred to hand wash them - I only have 2 mugs and didn't want to wait for a full dishwasher load. They are dishwasher safe and I wouldn't hesitate to put them in the dishwasher. I will likely order other Stone & Mill mug/cup sizes.

I really like these insulted mugs. The 12 oz is a great size that holds enough coffee, tea, cup of soup, or hot chocolate and keeps it hot for a sufficient length of time to let you finish it before it cools off. The handle is nice too so you can hold it comfortably, and the shape is fine as well so you can use either one or two hands around the mug or on one side. The glass allows you to see how much liquid is in the mug which can also be microwaved if needed. The shape and look is pleasing as well. I originally ordered two but liked it so much I reordered 4 more for guests. I would highly recommend this.

These cups DO make a difference in terms of keeping the beverage hot for longer; however, I detest the fact that we have to wash these by hand (cant put them in the dishwasher)! Material seems flimsy too, but so far (after 2months) almost we haven't had any breakages. Good product, but could have been better.

Update: the seller shipped the replacement for the defected piece, and therefore I am more than satisfied! Will buy again and definitely recommend: the great product itself but customer service makes it even better!Absolutely love the glasses, shape, lightweight, design, etc. Except 1 item arrived slightly damaged - there is small chipping of the glass on the handle (see the picture). It doesn't change the functionality but I'm afraid to cut my fingers using it. I'm wondering if I can get the replacement on this one? I hate returning online and do not think I've kept the packaging :(Other than this small defect I love it and would definitely order again!

I've owned and have used my new coffee mugs for about one month. I read the other reviews and noted the comments regarding how fragile some buyers found the cups to be. Accordingly, I've treated my mugs with kid gloves as a result: washing them by hand, keeping them away from other objects that might cause breakage, and using only plastic utensils as stirrers. I had a previously purchased light weight glass (the same type of glass as the mug) tea pot lid that was of a good size and used it as a lid for the mug in an effort to keep the coffee hotter for a longer period. I used the I used the thin glass lid on the cup with no issues whatsoever. It seemed like the lid and mug were made for each other. That was until a couple days ago - I was carrying the mug and other items on a tray when for whatever reason, the tray dipped a bit and jostled the items on it. The lid jostled on top of the mug and "clinked" - and at that moment, both the lid and the mug shattered into large sharp shards of glass with what seemed like unusual violence. Glass went everywhere, including two pieces which flew up and landed on, or I should say, "in" my hand, causing two nasty cuts. As mild as the jostling was that caused the two glass objects to break so easily, I'm sure just placing the lid on the mug a little too hard would cause the same event to occur eventually. So.... not using lids on my one remaining coffee mug is now added to my list of the other precautions that I thought were adequate to avoid premature breakage.The light weight of this cup is convenient when holding and drinking from it, but it comes at a price - always be very, very careful when using it and never, ever letting it come into contact with anything besides a plastic spoon to stir the contents.

These were a gift for a family member but now we all use them! They’re durable so far, no signs of cracks or weak spots at all. Of course, we haven’t been microwaving them or putting them in the dishwasher, but I feel like that’s always a good idea for glass products. Functionally, they’re so great at insulation that sometimes you don’t even realize how hot your drink is! The packaging is a nice box with a logo and inside is a fitting styrofoam mold and cover for the cups, so it would be pretty difficult for them to break during transport. Overall, don’t let any bad reviews fool you; this is a great product and it’s guaranteed not to break if you don’t microwave it or put it in the dishwasher.

Five star all round, I Love these mugs and everyone comments on them in my kitchen. They wash lovely even in the dishwasher and one of the best features is that they never get too hot to carry even if filled with straight boiling water.Need to order more 👍🏼

Lovely mugs dad pleased with them! Just hope they survive his washing up skills as they are quite delicate looking. Dad reports his tea is still hot 30 mins after making it so they work well 👍
