Would Have Gladly Paid $100 Considering the Amazing Results
I know why you're reading the reviews right now. The same exact reason I was, before I bought these brushes. With all of the expensive brushes or products out there that supposedly detangle hair, how in the world can you get TWO brushes that supposedly fix this problem, for eleven bucks? So I read countless reviews. I finally figured that, at worse, I lost out on $11 if the brushes didn't do what they were supposed to. Guess what? These brushes work. I mean, they work to the point that you would have thought my Wife had won the lottery, the way she reacted the very first time she used one.My Wife has long, thick hair. No matter how often she brushes, it still gets tangled. I can't count the number of times that she's asked me to help brush her hair after a bath or shower, and I have to be so incredibly careful when doing it (she's tender-headed). Without fail, every few months she lets out a sigh and says "Would you care if I just shaved my head?" That's how frustrated she is with the tangles. And I won't even get into detail about how much our Little Girl despises having her hair brushed. She whines. She cries. She will run to the bed and hide in the covers, when it's time to have her hair brushed. Doesn't matter whose doing the brushing, she's going to complain. So I've got two very unhappy campers in our home. What's a guy to do?I ordered the brushes. Hey cool, two of them. One for my Wife, one for our Little Girl. But then, we put them to the test. My Wife was absolutely thrilled. The brush passes smoothly through her hair. Eliminates tangles, and does it without hurting her. And just as important, without her having to show me a handful of wadded up hair after brushing, when she sighs and says "this is just ridiculous." Less chance of breakage, works effortlessly. Then we tried it out with our Daughter. Didn't matter if her hair was wet or dry, the brush worked so well. So not only are we going to save a bundle on those spray bottles of kid's hair detangler that we've been buying, but now she doesn't try to make a prison break run for it when she sees one of us approaching her with a brush.Whoever designed this brush deserves some sort of award. It's so simple. The thing LOOKS simple. It sort of looks like a cheapo brush you'd find on a Wal-Mart last-second Christmas gift aisle for five bucks. You can look at it, touch it, play with the soft bristles arranged in a unique pattern. And still think to yourself, how is this a better brush than those pricey ones you see advertised online and on TV? And yet, it works wonderfully.Just add this to your shopping cart, right now. Get one for yourself. Get one for a friend. Get one for the nice lady at the post office. Anyone who uses it will be so happy. And if you gift one of these, there's no way they'd ever guess what it costs, considering how well it works. Don't just take my word for it, though. Order a set of brushes now, see for yourself in a few days just how awesome this brush works.

Fail! Frustrating. But Great company!
I had high hopes for this because my daughter has fine hair and gets tangles easily and her hair is very sensitive. But.... It was a Complete disappointment!! I also tried it on my hair which is thicker, it was a disaster. Not only did it not get the tangles out, it created more! The bristles just created little knots in both our hairs, even brushing starting at the bottom. The way the bristles are shaped in a wave on the brush, plus they're very fine and very close together, just pulls hairs in different directions and made tons of tiny knots. And, again those fine and very close together, but not like a mesh brush, bristles would just get stuck on a tangle that was not even major. The detangler I got before this, which is a completely different style, worked much better but still had issues with daughter's sensitive scalp but I love it. Anyway, so I had high hopes for this one for her, but, unless your hair is very, very short, I definitely don't recommend. My son has short hair and liked it fine so it's not a total waste I guess. The handle itself is extremely light and feels like super cheap plastic, but, there's no smell and the bristles seem sturdy although they are plastic and they seem well secure in the head of the brush So far. With my son using it as long as he keeps his hair short, it might be ok and hopefully I can gift the second one which we didn't use.For the cost I guess it's worth a try in case it does work for some like some reviews claim, but it didn't work for us. Oh yeah, and on dry hair it created crazy static electricity!?!UPDATE:Stars increased because of amazing customer service. They reached out to me even though I do not fault them for these brushes not working for us. They said they wanted to issue me a refund and that there was no need to return the product, but that they just wanted to make up for my dissatisfaction with it. Which is a big deal to me especially ordering online, it's often just too much hassle to deal with dissatisfaction issues more that in some person stores. I agreed that would be nice and they immediately processed it. At first I wasn't sure since during this shut-down state I've been scammed with any online business that wasn't directly linked to insurance by Amazon, Walmart, or eBay.And, they did Not request I update my review in response to their reaching out to me to fix the issue. I really appreciate businesses with integrity who also care about their customer experiences. And this company seems to be that.
