I love almost everything that Melissa writes, the characters grab you quickly and you just escape.

Bayside Escape is book four of the Bayside Summers series of contemporary romances. This is a stand alone story, but to get the most from the series I suggest reading them in order as characters from the previous books all appear here.This is the story of Violet and Andre and their second chance at love. The pair met abroad two years ago, but broke up when Violet was called back to the States. They meet once more at Desiree's wedding (Violet's sister).I've looked forward to Violet's story, her tough, take no prisoners manner needed a man who could tame her. I hadn't expected Andre's story at all. I liked the connection to Brindle Montgomery and the Whiskey families that we meet in other books.

Violet story is just brilliant she has this other life going on and I understand why.Andre the love of her lives finds her by accident and it starts of rocky but once they finish talking they start of slow.Loved this book characters great as usual .

I love all Melissa Foster books, all of her series are amazing. This series is the same.

I have been waiting for read Vi's story for a while now and knew that what ever Melissa wrote it would explain everything about Vi and her carefree attitude to life & love. You get to see Vi's soft side and her chance to have another chance at love. I fell in love with Violet from the beginning and Andre just brings out another side to her.Loved this story!!

Violet is frustrated with her mother Lizza. What else is new with that mother of theirs?! Once the festivities have died down, Violet takes off on one of her mysterious rides.It takes a lot to break down walls that one puts up and Andre is on a mission to reunite with his lost Tulip. Foster doesn't even need the whole first chapter to reel you in this love story. Excellent collection of books and each one connects the characters.

I love the ties with charities and how it was addressed in the book. The love story of these two are just as expected with their personalities. This is a great series with all the friends. This one had many new characters to be introduced. I highly recommend this read.

Huge fan of Melissa Fosters books good to add to your favorites

This was one of the most captivating, emotional stories I’ve read lately! From the first page, I was pulled into the story & couldn’t put it down until the end. Violet has a strong, tough outside shell that she shows to 90% of the people she knows. Underneath that she has a tender, vulnerable side. Her upbringing has taught her the importance of keeping that side of her hidden. Every time she got close to someone, her mother decided to move on & she was the new one again. The only one she let in was Andre. He overwhelmed her with his patience, tenderness & love. Their chemistry just jumps off the page & impresses you with their connection. They manage to bring out the best in each other. When they were together in Ghana after they met, Violets questions & interests made Andre realize how much he enjoyed what he was doing & what he didn’t like about it. She inspired him to make changes in his life & his future. This book does have hot sex & some language so if you are sensitive to that, this isn’t the book for you. I will say that I just felt that it added to the story, attitudes & atmosphere of the book. It illustrated their lives, love & romance perfectly!
