I opted for this bag liner, because of the reviews, cost, and the fact I have a semi mummy shaped sleeping bag. Used this on the AT with a 30 degree sleeping bag and around 30 degree temps. It worked like a charm. I was so warm and cozy, and the fact that it was so big was a plus. It is also really lightweight and packs down really small.
