The product is as described in the website. It was delivered via BlueDart 6 days earlier than the expected delivery date. The packaging was excellent with total bubble wrap. I was facing some initial difficulty in assembling but with the help from Royal Interiors after sales support I could assemble the bed all by myself. They are very much co-operative and helpful. It's really value for money. The product looks elegant and finishing is very good. It's a great deal at this price. The mattress is also quite good and fits well in the bed. Hydraulic system works well and easy to use. Overall an excellent product at a very competitive pricing so highly recommended.

Product is good But the seller did not provide any service of installation the bed.we spend Rs1000 for installation of bed.

The quality is not good. The down plates are of very low quality and even they don't have perfect cuts..this leads into gaps in between and in the corner of the beds..Royal guys says it is common with all the metal beds.. installation guys were good. They did support to reduce the gaps by welding extra plates in corner but still the gaps would be there so that the plates should fix again after dismantling. Anyhow I was not convience but the policy says returning you need to pay the extra charges of transport and that was coming to 2k which was again huge. So in dilema I have use the bed even though not satisfied fully with product. Let see how they support in future. Suggestion before purchase checkout locally in market too same type of bed.Amazon does not have the control..you need totackle with Royal guys..this was bad service by Amazon. The policy and returning should be under control.

Need packaging to strengthen and quality checks of product before dispatch.

We got it delivered fast, the delivery is through bludart. it's not door delivery but gate delivery,they delivered to our building door, & are very rude& told us to cancel order if we want door delivery.Now product assembling is easy but be careful, we have to get carpenter because the top frame is not closing properly, even after carpenters assembly, we have to manually push the top frame a little so it will close properly.I got for 20000 so i think I'm happy with this .The mattress is good & comfortableI hope my frame closes without any manual effort will edit review after 2 months based on performance

After reading the reviews, i felt It may good and I bought it. It's amazing that the product delivery is very fast and product is very good. It is easy to assemble. You may find some difficult in fitting hydraulic system. Not need to worry. First fit one and pull up and down the storage cover few times util it become closed freely.Cot size 6x5 feet, hight 22inch.Bed size 6x5 feet, hight 4inch.I will recommend you to buy this blindly. You will be satisfied with your purchase

The bed is sturdy except the part which supports the mattress. That part needs to be made sturdy. Add three angles to that part to make it sturdy to support the mattress. That part vibrate and gets depressed when the person sleeping on the bed changes positions.
