Pre-pregnancy size 0-2 is 26, 4-6 is size 28, 8-10 is 30, 12-14 is 32, 16-18 is 34. Your current hip measurement is also a good indicator. 36-38"=size 26, 38"-40"=size 28, 40"-42"=size 30, 42"-45"=size 32, 45"-47"=34. Hip measurement is the circumference measurement of the biggest part of your hip. If you current measurement is at the end of a size, move up 1 size for comfort. For example, if your hip measurement is 42" and you are at 7 months pregnant, size 30 would fit quite tight and size 32 would fit you nicely.
