I am a professional pet groomer and here are my thoughts on this product. My Border Collie and Blue Heeler both shed like crazy and absolutely hate to be brushed. They run and hide when they see a brush come out. I bought this because I have the human version of the tangle teezer brush and it’s been super gentle on my fine hair so I figured my dogs would be okay with this. It’s ergonomic and your hand fits nicely around it especially if you have a double coat breed and are going to be brushing for awhile removing undercoat. The bristles are pointed plastic but gentle and effective. You can run your hand back and forth over this comfortably so it will not irritate your dogs skin or pull on knots and tangles. Both dogs enjoyed being brushed by this and fell asleep. It gently broke up the tangles all while removing the undercoat and massaging the skin and coat. I was impressed with the amount of undercoat I was able to remove with little effort. When I was done brushing two dogs I had a gigantic pile of hair. No one was was frustrated at having to be groomed so long and my hand wasn’t killing me.

I got this for 3 golden retrievers in the hope that this would be the brush they wouldn’t fight. I was very skeptical when I got this because it was so delicate and gentle. No way that it would both brush them and that they would like it.We have a winner! This is the brush they don’t care about; they’ll let you brush them all over and don’t get bothered, I can’t say that for the dozen other types and brands of brushes that I’ve accumulated. Furminator, undercoat rake, boar-bristle, knock-off deshedding, combs, paddles, so many wasted dollars. It’s high quality, the bristles bend but do not break. It actually does pick up a lot of hair, but does so gently. Super comfortable in hand, and easy to clean, and even wash if needed. Discovered that while brushing the dogs, the 6 cats prefer this brush too. I have all hair lengths in cats, and this brush works on all of them. My long-haired calico princess allows grooming, and likes that it does not pull on her tangles but gets them all out. She gets them around her neck and this works them out extremely gently with a handful of strokes. My short haired orange boy also enjoys this brush, rubbing his face all over it and it does an incredible job getting all of his fuzz off. I think it massages their skin in a nice way that makes them happy to sit for the grooming. The other cats with between coats all enjoy the brush, and I don’t have to chase them to get them to have a “spa day.” I’m actually ordering the cat version just so that it’s smaller and easier to use on them. I don’t anticipate having to replace this brush, because of the high quality it is unless one of the dogs gets a hold of it and decides to destroy it, but I won’t be buying any other brand from now on.

My cats are totally in love with being brushed now. This is the best cat brush I have ever found. Gifting it to my friends with cats, it’s so good.

Ok so I got this for my pomeranian and let me just say that the brissles are so stiff on it that I am afraid to brush my dog with it. I really think it could easily cut him. Therefore I threw it out.

Both my cat and dog love to be brushed with this. Doesn't get as much undercoat as other products but worth the extra brushing because of the ease and confort of my pets.

Works great for brushing our Labradoodle and there is no fighting it. We keep her hair short since she is a very active dog outside.

My dog normally hates being brushed because gbkse tiny combs aren’t very gentle and when the fur gets matted it’s harder to control the pull. I think this brush also massages my dog and he totally enjoyed being brushed.

Já conhecia e usava a marca há anos, e quando vi que iriam lançar a versão pra pet, não pensei duas vezes e já garanti no dia que lançou. O pelo fica uniforme, não agride a pele do cão e sem contar que não faz sujeira, pois os pelos ficam na escova.Super recomendo!!
