Petfect
I love this coffee machine. It’s old school straight coffee. Nothing fancy. I prefer non milky coffees and the pod coffees don’t cut it. And the smell of coffee is lovely ❤️ simple to operate. Looks lovely.

Very good coffee machine
This a very good coffee machine, the coffee is hotter than other machine we have had but still drink able, the only problem is the water level meter is hard to see how much water is in the machine because it to dark, clear plastic would have been better

Fantastic coffee maker
This product has been flawless. Its high quality and looks a lot more expensive than it is. Adds a touch of class to your kitchen. A lot of mixed reviews but I can only assume people are not reading the instructions especially the part about what to do before first use. Then again people are so impatient these days. Follow instructions before use and you will have no issues. Definitely recommend.

Great value coffee machibe
Takes a while to get used to the measures to make the perfect brew but works a treat and well priced compared to alternatives. Easy to set up and clean

All that glisters isn't gold
This looks the part, nice 'gold' trim but all that glisters isn't gold - it's a bit too clunky in use, particularly in fitting the glass 'carafe' in place beneath the coffee dispenser valve. It should just slide under. But it puts up a fight instead. And there's no right or wrong way to do it, it just happens. I'm not the only one to note this and, frankly, it makes it unfit for purpose. My Russell Hobbs had the same problem. It's the reason I bought this and it's worse, just looks prettier.,I, like other reviewers, have used the timer facility and in my case it's worked but frankly all you've got to do is lean out of bed and press the power button on - and that way you can get a sleep in if you fancy one rather than wake to the glug and drip of a coffee maker. Not sure why MR make such a big deal of the 'glass carafe' because frankly it's not that different to the other market leaders - and a darn sight clunkier to get under the valve. I'm disappointed because I love the look of it - but I've hung onto the previous coffee machine I was about to pension off because while it may not look as good as this one .... it still does the job and I don't have to fight the valve as much.

Fantastic product, being absolutely hammered in an office and still going strong.
This runs around 4 / 5 times a day and has shown no signs of slowing, we've been using it months. Would highly recommend.

Makes a good cup of coffee, wish it lasted longer
Nice looking coffee machine that does provide nice coffee. It lasted us about 1 year 8 months before giving out and we had to deal with an annoying LCD flicker for a little while before then. However, knowing how hard it is to get reliably good coffee from filter machines we are seriously thinking of buying the same one again!

Lasts only two years. Made in the same Chinese factory as all the rest. The name means nothing.
Received this as a present just over two years ago. (Went on to buy other appliances in the range, to match.) Despite only ever having used filtered water in it, and descaling regularly, it now just gives three beeps and does nothing.Plus, they don't want you to fix it. Whilst I have the tri-wing bit, the screw recesses are too narrow for a bit extender to fit. Thus I can't even inspect the element or thermostat without buying special tools. In contrast, an early '80s Severin equivalent, made in Germany, lasted 40 years.

Makes amazing coffee
I just wanted a simple filter coffee maker that makes fresh coffee, and this one doesn't disappoint. Morphy Richards is a well known, reliable, British brand. I love the rose gold accents on this coffee maker. I've had a $1,500 coffee maker in the past, with all the bells and whistles, but the steamer stopped working after a very short time, was fixed under warranty, and still kept breaking. Filter coffee makers are simple to use, have less parts, and are more reliable. I reasoned that I can buy a separate coffee grinder and steamer separately.

Looks Nice - Poor Quality and weak coffee - Leaks all over.
This machine looks nice in photo's but as soon as you pull it out of the box you realise its a very cheaply made machine. The hot water pours through the coffee way too fast so you can never make a decently strong pot of coffee because the water doesn't get enough time to soak up the coffee. When I tried to fill the basket up with coffee to make it stronger the speed of the water pouring into the basket just filled it up and then overflowed from the basket and all over the bench top.The other issue I found with my machine is that the auto-close mechanism doesn't work. When the coffee is pouring from the basket into the jug there is a spring operated auto close mechanism which is activated if you remove the jug (to quickly pour a mug of coffee whilst its being made). I tried it a couple of times and when I pulled the jug out whilst the coffee was being made coffee continued to pour out of the basket at full speed...and mess all over the bench top.I honestly cannot recommend this, even at this (cheap) price point. It simply doesn't work.
