Consistency and quality are very good but weak on the coffee flavor when compared to their competitors. Overall a quality product but there are better coffee infused maple syrups out there.

This syrup is excellent!! The only drawback was that it comes in a small bottle. Will need to look for a larger one.

These come nicely boxed for gifting. The bottles are adorable. Each one is topped with a layer of wax that makes a perfect seal. Under the seal is a well-sealed, reusable cap that twists off.I really like all of them. My favorite is the 12 months aged. It's picked up the smokey bourbon notes the best, and though I wouldn't think it's possible, it makes the maple taste even more maple. The notes deepen the flavor. It's amazing. They're all good though. The one that has been infused with coffee has an unmistakable coffee note that is strong. The smoke on the smoked version is more subtle, and darkens the maple a bit, but it doesn't actually change it, only layers a bit of complexity on it. It's subtle but very good. There's no mistaking that these are all excellent quality. There's enough in each bottle for a couple of dishes of roasted tomatoes, or serving of pancakes. (I eat a lot on mine!). I really would be happy just drinking this stuff like food from the Gods. Total yum!

The Virgin Mady Organic Smoked Maple Syrup is a lightly sweet and slightly smoky maple syrup to drizzle over chicken and waffles, sweet potatoes, bacon, and any other recipe where you want to give a lightly smoky maple flavor to. This maple syrup is definitely not like those cheap corn syrup laden grocery store syrups - this is purely maple syrup with the addition of whiskey barrel smoke. While I like the syrup, I was hoping the smoky flavor was a bit more bold - I've tried other smoked syrups and this one is definitely much milder than other brands I've used. If you're new to smoked syrups, or just want a kiss of smoky flavor, this is a good maple syrup to try.

Oh my gosh.The best way to describe this Maple syrup is to imagine what your scrambled eggs taste like when it has bacon right next to them and a plate of pancakes where the syrup drizzles and leaks onto the bacon and the bacon spreads on to the eggs. It tastes just like this if you are familiar with this flavor.There is a definite smokiness to this maple syrup but it is not harsh or overly strong. The sweetness and purity of the real maple syrup is still the star of the show. It is absolutely delicious tasting and it tastes like a real it tastes like a real luxury and high quality product.It comes with a corkseal and a little pork seal and a little wax seal that you have to tear open. It kind of reminded us of candle wax. This is a little more pricey than regular real Maple syrup but it is completely 100% worth it, in our opinions. This would also make an excellent gift idea.Cannot recommend this enough.

Had to order another one which tasted good. But what poor packaging!!!
