I got these when I injured a foot and needed some extra insurance not to slip when showering. They have a good grip that I would trust - HOWEVER one side or the other will come loose after a time. I always test them before I need to use them. The lever you use to lock them in place takes a bit of push so you need some strength to set them. They will not grip an uneven surface. Never place them over grout. I have only used them on smooth ceramic tile and I make sure the tile is clean (no soap) and dry. The distance between the suction cups makes it pretty easy to span bigger tiles. They would not work for small tiles since you would not be able to avoid grout lines. I got two of them and put one horizontal and one vertical. They gave me a lot of confidence in entering the shower and turning around/moving. They were a good value for me and great for what I wanted.

I bought this for use in my shower after surgery. My wall tiles are not completely smooth, but I decided to give it a try anyway. At the beginning of the shower I check it is tightly suctioned, it remains that way for the duration & feel safe, but have noticed that it will loosen & fall off by the next day. I’d say it’s safe if you’re diligent to check it at each use.

I only needed one of these - We have a very large tub and I wanted to attach one of these to the floor as a foot rest for my wife so she stops sliding under - I know, weird application.It's actually a good thing that I am not relying on this to support weight or stress where safety is a concern. I attached one of these to the floor of the tub and then, naturally, gave it a tug to see if it was indeed attached. It exploded into the pieces you see here.This is a terrible design. The pin/pivot that all of the force is placed on - the force of the suction and the force/weight being applied to the handle - is a tiny piece of plastic. This tiny piece of plastic snapped in two - see photo.I would never, ever trust these as a handle to grasp and stabilize yourself getting into or out of a shower or bath. By design, it cannot be trusted. If you trust this, you gonna fall - on your face - hopefully, wearing at least a bath towel.

Purchased, but they do not work on ceramic tiles. I tried to place these in our bathroom, but they do not adhere to our ceramic tiles. Adhere well to glass, fiberglass shower interiors and windows.Unfortunately, we had to return them. Return to the seller was easy!

This works pretty good as a handle when you stick it up on tile. Make sure you clean the tile where there's no calcium buildup. This helps to make a good suction. If you don't clean it, eventually the suction will come undone.

As other reviews state, does NOT work on any surface other than glass or fiberglass. Not walls, tile, and sometimes not even fiberglass. We used them in our fiberglass shower, but they are not nearly sturdy enough to trust. Despite carefull installation, one slipped on the first shower use. I would never rely on them for large adults with balance issues.

A little bulky but adheres firmly to wall tiles. You can pull very hard but they won't come off. Great for slippery shower rooms.

The colour is just a little bit different or else the handle is great.

it appeared that product is not tested properly as its vacuum mechanism is not working and it does not get affixed on wall firmly. it is fortunate that no accident took place as it got failed in while fixing.highly disappointed and it reduces the customer's faith in online shopping.Even return delivery has not been taken by amazon. i came to know that the amazon agent could not reach my mobile number while amazon customer care agent has spoken to me today and yesterday.The time of pick up between 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm are not convenient particularly when delivery is taken at office address.
