This must have been a returned item!
I was excited to get this tv so I could watch the LG channels in my kitchen. Within a few days, I was ready to return it, but gave it a 2nd chance. It initially wouldn't load the LG channels, but it finally did. Now it's been close to a year, and last week I turned to a LG channel and the picture froze. I couldn't turn the set off or change a channel. I'm 75 and the set is mounted on a wall. I had no idea how to unplug it. I had to wait for a friend. Then again this week, it froze up again. This time I knew where the plug was, but had to wait for my friend to replug it (the wall outlet is behind the tv and mounted to the wall, so it's not easy to reach - thanks for not thinking I'm a stupid old person!!).
