The Big Book of Six Sigma Training Games (Big Book Series)

Unlike other training games books, this one is a real ressource. You just have to dig into it and find creative ways to teach 6 sigma.

Great condition, there are many useful exercises to use in lean events. I find games useful to break things up a bit and loosen up quieter members of the lean events.Would definetly reccomend.

Most of the games are number games that for beginners they are too complicated. Would prefer more games for Lean

Bought for teaching but exercises were not very useful.

Great stuff I will definitely use when teaching process improvement. Minimal cost required for many of these exercises. Worth buying

I haven't implemented the games yet but they seem like a great way to get those learning the Six Sigma processes involved and making the learning fun.

Six Sigma Training Games - excellent!

I was disappointed in this book. It flies way below the level of serious Six Sigma training. I would definitely not recommend using this book for other than the most basic venture into the world of Six Sigma - awareness not application. Using it with budding Six Sigma practitioners would be a major mistake.

For me this is a good book for some basic ideas, but it just seems to miss on the fun factor for me. Out of all the exercises there is the Cluedo exercise that is definitely fun, but most of the others seem to miss a fun factor. The most important miss for me is why not have the games working as a complete case study? Yes, give the optional exercises for a wider spectrum, but it could have made a huge additional factor.

If you like me and like to stretch yourself on cold wet evening, challenging yourself to do your job with broader creative thought, this is an excellent book of short, sharp workouts

This book could challenge your ability and brain and could help in development in any role ,especially if it was a management role
