Ingredients in layman's terms, and so far we are pleased with it!
I bought this, among other things, to put on some spots that appear to be skin cancer, on my husband's head and scalp. I have also used it on my face - simply as an experiment. Looks like we are getting results on his spots, but I am also using snail cream on it, so am not sure which one is causing the lesions to go away. I know that when I used it on my face, it really "warmed up" after a few minutes, and seemed to tighten my skin. It is too early to determine any long-term results, but so far, it is promising. Now, for the ingredients...I thought it might be helpful to see them in layman's terms. On the tube, they are listed as:Apis Venenum Purum - which is bee venomMethyl Nicotinate - which is an ester of methyl alcohol and nicotinic acidOils of:Oleum sinapis volatile - which is oil of black mustard seedsOleum Terebinthinae - which is turpentine oilPiper Nigrum - which is black pepper oilOther ingredients are:Purified water - no explanation necessarySodium chloride - which is saltMethylparaben - used as a preservativePropylparaben - also used as a preservativeandWater-soluble base - which could be many things. The "parabens" don't thrill me, but the other ingredients seem to be making a difference in the nasty-looking spots on his head.It does not have dimethicone, and no mineral oil, either. Will try to give an update, after we have put it to a weeks-long test.UPDATE: This particular Bee Venom Ointment is wonderful. In addition to using it on my husband's "problem spots", I am enjoying its effects on my almost-65-years-old face. Just ordered another tube of it!

I'm Thankful!
I have had neck pain every night for nine years. A veterinarian friend applied two stings from live honey bees and I slept through the next four nights without awakening! I now use this product every three nights and it prevents any night pain. You apply it lightly on the spot and it feels similar to being stung by a bee but slightly less. If I am already in pain (as the nerve sometimes pinches in the daytime) the ointment will have no effect. However, my quality of life has greatly improved as I now sleep through almost every night.

Mixed Results For Arthritis
As another reviewer commented, this is the strongest bee venom out there which I can attest by way of internet research into all possible concentrations. The only problem is that the bee venom doesn't really work to get rid of arthritis. I constantly had to put it on with no end in sight for nearly a month.I have found something better: Borax Detergent. Yes, you read it correctly - the 20 mule brand unscented. This natural borax fixes arthritis. Poke your finger in the borax and pop it in your mouth like salt. It is just as harmless as salt but it's best to eat this on an empty stomach. Poke the finger in the borax once a day, then twice a day, then as many times as you can take. Spread Magnesium Chloride oil on your skin when using the borax because borax eats up your magnesium. It's been only a week and my arthritis is hardly noticeable.

Potent
My first experience with bee venom. I can say though that it is the real deal. Not only will you get a warm and a stingy sensation(especially if you let it sit and don't just rub it in within a couple minutes). I can feel it work, and I think it gets my heart going a bit too. I get a good kick from it. It feels really good. I guess because I haven't felt that much relief in awhile. Be careful also though. I could feel changes in my throat so take precautions(epi pen, benadryl nearby) if you have any doubt, or start in small doses. I put ALOT on the first night and it was intense. Tube is supposed to be equivelant to about 250 stings but of course your rubbing it in, as opposed to it puncturing the skin. Still very potent though.

Let's hear it for the bees (again)
I am a bee-liever in bee products from raw honey to propolis & royal jelly. I have the beginnings of carpal tunnel & a friend told me to try it. It is giving me relief but beware it Is a venom & you need to be sure you're not allergic. You squeeze this cream on the affected area leave 1-2 minutes & rub it in. You immediately feel a tingly stinging sensation & I had redness where I applied it. That goes away in half an hour. Results: pain & stiffness subside.Only 4 stars because I've only used it twice. I'll be back to report on continued use. I would definitely give this a try for painful inflammation.

Jury’s out
I’ve been using it but I have “severe” arthritis, says my doctor. I can feel the tingle and a little redness, but is it helping? If it does, it’s well worth it, but I’m not sure yet.

It actually works
Actually works. I was in physical therapy for tendinitis in my ankle and it helped. But after 8 weeks of PT 3 days a week, I was still in pain. I started using Venex and Im recovering way faster with no PT in my regimen.

Lifesaver for Joint Pain
Do not pay attention to any negative reviews. This stuff works! Actually works better than CBD or Cana creams. Takes pain away instantly and after a few uses pain never comes back. This is a clean, quality company in Canada that harvests the venom. My naturopathic doctor told me about this stuff. Not only gets rid of joint pain, but helps open up blood flow and lymph. Highly recommend.
