We have hard wood floors and my arches collapse. If I dont wear these and walk around the house all day, my feet are extremely achy. If I wear these, pain is gone and/or prevents pain if I put them on before i walk barefoot all day on the hard wood floors.

The gel on this is so thick (and not really soft enough unlike memory foam), it actually kind of hurts more for me to wear it, than to just go barefoot, because of how big and bulging it is. The one upside to wearing it though, is that you won't feel so much pressure on your heels or ball of the feet, so maybe it is more for wearing AFTER your heels/ball of feet are in pain? Either that, or it is made for people with high arches. My arches are somewhere between normal and flat (closer to normal). My problem being that I often get heel pain from standing/walking too long.

I have very high arches and when my feet ache these are so nice to just put on at home. Helps to relieve some of the pain from the day.

I have tried so many gimmicks, the foot boot ,arch supports and planter facisitist inserts and nothings ever worked! Years of pain and searching and nothing ! with every flare up i knew that there was no comfort in sight until i purchased these ! You have to position them yourselves in just the right location to get the desired results . I didnt use the sleeve over the foot method but rather i inserted them and placed them wear i felt they were most effective and it worked , i went from major nuclear pain to moderate and within a week no more foot pain . The gel is durable and doesnt flatten out over time like the other ones. this was a huge home run for me.

I am a womens US size 6 shoe. The bands are painfully small and difficult to position correctly on the foot. Wearing it over socks led to it sliding around and wearing it under socks is a very unpleasant sensation as the gel is stuck directly to your foot. Getting the gel form under your arch properly is not easy.

Unfortunately these only come in one size that I know of, and if you have tall or wide feet these will probably not work for you. I have feet that around a women’s size 7.5 in length but tall and wide feet so I wear an 8-8.5 usually, and these were too tight on my feet. I would end up losing circulation in my big toes when wearing these. They don’t feel all that tight, but because of where they are tightest on the foot it can cause circulation problems. Beware any adults with slightly larger feet. Would be good for big kids and most women though. They are nice and slippery and don’t get stuck on things. The other thing I noticed is that it’s sort of a giant bubble, and you would have to test them and see if they work for you, which I’m guessing is not super likely. I am assuming most would end up pushing the support to the side of the foot rather than underneath because the thickest point is in the middle rather than on an edge like an actual foot’s arch shape.

My feet were killing me, so painful to walk. My doctor recommended these supports. Not an overnight cure but within a few days I was walking with much less pain. Several weeks later I am almost pain free. They are comfort and highly recommend them.

They are a bit severe feeling if you're flat footed like I am, but they do put pressure in the right spot to give PF relief. They can be slid a little to adjust the position for best support and comfort for the individual wearer.
