The dynamic blues provided a nice added bit of comfort compared to the cheaper off the shelf alternatives from retail stores. Plus a better alternative than what my podiatrist was offering. Love that I can take these insoles in and out to use in different shoes, most insoles have a permanent sticky side that does allow for transfers to other shoes, value on that aspect alone. Will definitely be buying another pair when the time comes.

Package was damaged, inside product broken, asked for a replacement, send broken product and pkg back. Recieved finished custom insoles with out ever getting the imprint material? Maybe someone else's insoles? Returned them weeks ago. Imprint material NOT as picturesd, green, hard, brittle, and broken upon arrival. Never recievied adequate replacement and now waiting many weeks for my refund.

This is an interesting product. First you step into the mold and mail it back with your form along with return slip provided. Then after a few days to about a week I got my insoles back. First jog on the treadmill with them. They helped with my shin splits which I noticed immediately. I also feel like my right foot’s plantar fasciitis is also not as bad in the morning since using these. But time will tell. I’m working on getting in shape and couldn’t jog very far but now I’m slowly working my way up to further distances. Great product, better than what I’ve gotten in stores in the past; and not as expensive as I was quoted at the doctors a few years back. Just a bit of a wait to get the insoles back, but well worth it!

I had orthotics made for my feet using this foam mold nearly 40 years ago from my foot doctor. When one finally broke, I thought this would make a great replacement. Honestly, I think the whole "make an imprint" with the foam box is a bit of a gimmick. What I got was a flimsy arch support that looks and feels like it came from a big box store and will last maybe a year (I've used it 3 months and am seeing a lot of wear). I really don't think it was "custom made" for my foot. Don't get me wrong, after about 3 months of use it does provide decent support and is far better than nothing. It's just that you can get the same thing for over $100 cheaper.

Nice thick insoles definitely have a custom shape that fits my foot well. I wish they had half sizes however that did not seem to really affect the comfort.

I received the impression kit without any instructions so I watched an online video and hopefully I did everything correctly. The impression kit came with a paper that needed to be filled out, again no instructions so hopefully I did it correctly. I mailed the impression kit back, it went back ground so guess I’ll get my insoles sometime in the next two to three weeks, not exactly what I thought when I purchased.Took 3 weeks to receive the insoles that are too big for my shoes!

First off would like to say , I was disappointed at the first cause my insoles never showed up and thought I was going to be out the $$ , once I contacted Amazon they sent out another kit free of charge , I get my insoles and a extra set , with a beautiful hand wrote letter , excellent customer care and will order again. The insoles are just as good as my $250 dollor pair I ordered from a podiatrist !!

You’d think an imprint wouldn’t couldn’t be wrong. In this case maybe I should have added a half shoe size bigger. Because both little toes were off the finished product.
