1. This product is seen as many as an exercise accessory but I must warn that it is extremely un efficient in losing weight. If you were looking for something to make your exercise quicker or more efficient then this isn't the way to go. Although it may seem like it burns more calories , it does not. You could exercise for more time without it. It gets dangerously hot , at certain points during my workouts I have felt as if I were about to faint. I did a comparison with and without it for 2 weeks straight and calculated that without it I would burn 7631 calories a week and with it 4213. This was due to me quitting my workouts extremely early due to heat exhaustion.2. It does what it says , cause heat. I recommend it only in the instance that you have extremely high durability and only recommend you to use it in low time spans3. Its durability is a little low. I placed it in my washing machine in a set of occasions and it ripped on the 3rd time.

I ordered this product to help me sweat. I noticed when I was working out that I was sweating as much anymore. The first day I used it, I began to sweat. On the second day, the sweat was dripping out like extra fat when I cook. I recommend it if you want to sweat. Just be careful with taking it on and off because it might rip. No rips so far.
