The radiator arrived on time. Our plumber was impressed with the quality of the fittings.

first one arrived with a leak point (found right after installation). Happy with replacement arrangement, easy & fast.

I had two things I wanted.One: to move a high-output radiator from its present position.Two. to replace it in a new location with a vertical radiator that was both decorative for a lounge, but also could come close to the output of the existing radiator (that was actually overpowered at 8000Btu). The existing radiator was too powerful for quite a small room, so I did the calculations and found this one was just slightly below the recommendation.I came across this one and ordered it.Reports were that is was heavy, and that it was when it arrived a few days after I ordered it (great speed of delivery).We had a strong plumber though and he told us the existing radiator was even heavier as he hefted it out of the door.Slight problems seating the radiator on the fittings as the top spacers fell out at the last moment each time he tried to place it. I suggested using double-sided carpet tape to hold the spacers in, and that worked perfectly.The radiator is now up and running.It's great and I have no problems giving it 100% recommendation.

Besides being very heavy, looks beautiful.Courier called advising delivery date and time. Worked well for me.
