Risk Racing 281 EZ3 - 3 Gallon Utility Jug , Gray

This is absolutely the best fuel jug on the market, just because some actual thought went into the design. The vent is far enough away from the outlet that it lets air in, not fuel out, and it has handles that are useable. Build quality is well above average, as evidenced by touches like the insert for the vent fitting, and the non-threaded portion of the vent that prevents it falling out.One thing I don't love is the form factor, but I know that is a plus for many, and it's not a big deal. For my use I'd rather a more square shape. It's works more than adequately, I just have to give some thought to transporting it. I'll get the clip eventually.One con. The vent leaks. The o-ring is either too soft, or needs to be a different material. It didn't seal from day 1, using only non-ethanol fuel. It drags around the mating surfaces as soon as they touch, and breaks the seal. I made a flat seal from gasket material and it solved the problem.Overall, still a fantastic fuel container.

necessary for gas storage; easy to handle

This is an awesome little gas tank. Bought this for the wires dirt bike going to the track. Way easer lifting for her than the 5gal. Sturdy little tank very well built. Added the flexible hose and this thing will last for years.

Does not come with any type of spout as described in other reviews. Also needs to be thoroughly cleaned before use. Mine had a lot of plastic flashing loose inside that I couldn’t see until I took compressed air and blew it out.

I have several 5gal VP cans and they rarely get used anymore. This Risk Racing utility jug is just a much better design. The handle placement allows for balanced one and two handed operation and the anodized vent works well as long as you don’t try to completely invert the jug when it’s full of fuel. Add the trigger nozzle and you’ll realize you never knew how happy a speed jug could make you.

Had a couple dozens fuel containers over the years. These ones are the best. Bought three of them and used about a dozens times so far.

This is the best gas can out there. Love it. Well built and works great.

It’s just the canister, without a hose or nozzle.Pretty expensive for no hose. Canister itself is not for fuel use labeled. I don’t know if that’s only some state requirement or if the plastic actually doesn’t withhold fuels and leads to safety concerns.

For the Suzuki motorcycle workshop I work in. As the spout that is designed to attach to this can it's fantastic. Great handles positioned exactly where needed for fuel delivery and for moving the can away in a safe and comfortable manner. Bleed screw on the upper part of the can so if reapid delivery of fuel is needed, simply unscrew as much as you want to increase the flow and bingo! Brilliant.
