Highly recommend. This product encases the entire mattress. I had an unplanned test yesterday with one of my pups and I was amazed. As I quickly stripped the bed and planned to do the same with this cover, I realized I could wipe the cover down and optionally wash. I verified that no moisture penetrated the cover to the mattress - the mattress was "bone dry". This is like a second (waterproof) skin to your mattress, it is seamless to the bed. Since this encases the mattress, I do recommend 2 people to cover larger mattresses. I was able to do this solo on a Cal King but it took a bit. I found starting the cover at the end of the mattress and moving up worked best. The customer service follow-up post the order has been superior.

Great product exactly as described. Awesome quality and shipped quickly as well! I purchased this because it was discovered that while traveling we had picked up bed bugs. As replacing a mattress and box'spring is very costly I decided to purchase this instead. It was a great choice. Very well made, tiny teeth in the zipper no risk of the bugs getting in or out. Also a clasp that prevents the zipper from moving. Plus an added security of a velcro flap over it.

We just bought a new California size, bed, mattress and springbox. For the mattress, we wanted to find a nice waterproof mattress protector. This one a perfect fit. Our mattress is very high 18' and the protector wrapped nicely without compressing the mattress. It is very soft and makes no noise when we change position. I intend to buy the same brand for my sons mattresses.

When you have asthma dust can be a killer. Mattress Guard will kept your bed free of dust and allergens that can trigger an asthma attack. For that reason alone, I would recommend this well made mattress protector to anyone.

This is sturdy with a good zipper velcro closure and has withstood 4 times (so far) of moving the mattress off and back on the box spring & bed frame. The material is the same on all 6 sides, not like some that have a different material on the top, but that may be why we haven't seen any bed bugs trying to hide in the seems. The first night we thought it felt hot, but now we don't notice that anymore; we have a quilted fairly thick mattress pad over it. We like that it can be machine washed in hot water to kill bed bugs (& tumble dry medium), which is clearly labeled on the package (much better labelling than some others). For our low profile box spring encasement we purchased a different encasement that fits 6 - 8 " depth, which is much better than having all that extra material esp. since we didn't want it to drag on the floor! Overall, I would recommend recommend this mattress encasement.

I ordered four of this particular mattress protector to cover all of my mattresses. I selected this one because it had such great reviews. My protectors arrived quickly and excellently packaged. They were very easy to put on my mattresses. I was concerned that my personal mattress would be difficult due to it being incredibly heavy to move. The mattress protector went on with great ease. I haven't tried out it's claims of being waterproof, but I'm sure time will tell. Great product!

I ordered 2 of this Mattress Guard 100% Waterproof Hypoallergenic Bed Bugs Proof Premium Mattress Protector on 21 May 2016 and received both of them on 23 May 2016. I initially bought them for not only using them as intended but also for one of the many moves that the military required. I figured that it would be a good investment for my mattresses and my pocket. I do apologize in advance as I did not take any pictures of the whole ordeal. I wish I did! Lesson learned.Both products were in one box and packed with care. It was easy to open the box that housed the mattress guards. Something I might add is that there was no plastic odor (or any odor at all) or smell to it like I thought there would be. Many times I have received and opened products that were in a zippered/plastic casing and it just reeked of plastic! So, major kudos for that!Taking the mattress guard out of the plastic casing it came in was fairly easy. Now, comes the part where you put the darned thing on. EVERYONE loves this part. Lol. Surprisingly, it was not that bad. I have two queen sized mattresses (guest room and master bedroom) that are both plush and memory foam types. I will say that it took a little bit of elbow grease to get it on all the way through because of the thickness of the mattress. Plus, I was switching sides back and forth to dress it smoother. I suggest enlisting a second persons help if you feel that you cannot get it done by yourself. Once you have the mattress all cozied up in the mattress guard, smooth sailings from there. The zipper was easy to locate and easy to zip up. The awesome Velcro part and plastic fastener to help guard the zipper was super helpful! I was able to sleep on it for one night, before the movers hauled away our household gods, and found that I was not too hot and not too cold. It may have just been one night, will update review, but boy was it worth it! I will be sure to update my review as soon as I get to my next location. It will be interesting to see how the mattress guard and my mattresses are. I will also update my review on washing it, when I get the chance.

We bought this to cover our new memory foam mattress. I found it pretty easy to put on, but I don’t really like that it billows out every time someone gets on the mattress. While not feeling as plastic as old covers, you can tell it’s not cloth and it does make some noise. However, it does keep the bed dry if the dogs get wet and jump on it, and it does keep the bed clean...so it does what we needed it to do, even if I don’t completely love it.
