Some complained about the creases but mine were not that bad and came out and was wearable overnight

Came pretty scrunched up. Hard to get creases out. Brim steam ironed most creases out. Not sure I can get the shaping of the top of the hat right. Maybe with a steamer and something to hold the shape inside the hat while steaming it would work. Going to take it to a dry cleaner to see if they can fix it. Cute hat, but not with all the dents in it!

It is folded and creased in the package, so don't plan to wear it out of the box. I've had mine hanging for a few months and there's still quite a bend in the front of the brim. It's a pretty and effective hat, tho.

This wide- brimmed hat is great for casual or dressy events. It will draw people’s attention to how glamorous you look. Given the variety of colors, go for it and get one! You won’t be disappointed.Word of caution though, when it arrives it’s all folded up. Keep it unfolded to get it back into shape.

It was fine, just didn't fit

It's a big floppy hat. If you have a small head, and a petite frame, this would be overwhelming. It is a fun hat, but it is floppy and it arrives folded in half so you have to work it to get the folds out. Otherwise, the colour is lovely the, ribbon is pretty and it's fun for photos
