Waste of money
This product leaked when floating on the water as well as when submirged. I did two experiments to make sure my electronic equipment does not get damaged by a faulty pouch.

The plastic appears to of good quality, the Velcro is strong
I think an explanation about the mechanism that this pouch uses will explain why I give it only 2 stars. The pouch has a Velcro-backed plastic tab extending across about 90% of the width of the pouch about 2 1/2 inches from the top (opening) of the pouch. On the other side of the pouch is the corresponding Velcro strip, about 1 1/4 inches from the top of the pouch. When the top is folded down on the creases already in the pouch, the strips align and the pouch is closed. The upside is that the Velcro material appears (from my very limited time of ownership) to be of high quality. The downside is that the only thing keeping water out is the pressing of the plastic against itself and the creases. There is no pressure mechanism at all.I'd have given this a higher rating if it were not called "waterproof". I can't think of any reasonable standard under which this pouch is waterproof. It is fairly secure, and would probably handle a small splash adequately, but it's certainly not waterproof. The plastic appears to of good quality, the Velcro is strong, and the colors are readily visible, but they reach too far calling this waterproof.
