The media could not be loaded.  Keyton Stainless Steel Microwave is perfect size for a family or four and I love the added features! First of all, this microwave has the ability to lock, so your child isn't able to use it. You hold down the STOP/CLEAR button for 30 seconds. You will hear a short tone and in the bottom right-hand side of the LCD display it will read "LOCK". To turn off the lock you hold down again for 30 seconds. This microwave has presets, but it does more than just pressing once to start. Each preset you can press one time for a smaller food item or press twice for a larger food item. Example: Press "BEVERAGE" once for a small cup (5oz-7oz) and then it will ask you for the amount. If it is just one cup, you will select one and press "START". If your cup is larger than 7oz press "BEVERAGE" twice to indicate it is a larger drink, then press how many and then "START". This works with the frozen dinner, potatoes, pizza, etc.The "COOK BY WEIGHT" preset is interesting, because it is asking you for a code. This point you can refer to the manual for the code to the meat you are cooking. Press 1-Beef, Press 2- Mutton and Press 3- Pork. Then it will ask you lbs and oz to calculate the time needed and you press "START" to begin cooking. You can also adjust the power levels once you have indicated how long you want to cook by pressing "POWER" and typing in the amount. If you just want to start heating without using any of the power levels or presets, simply press in the number of how long you would like it to heat and press "START". It will then heat at 100% for that length of time.There are many little features, like the ones I've mentioned above, that makes this microwave stand out for me. Hi. I'm returning this item, but ONLY because I was mislead by answers to this and other questions about dimensions. Some customers didn't note the 1" bulge in the back, and an even longer tab where the power cord is, for the oven cavity when measuring depth, and also the feet when measuring height. When you include these, the measurements the company provides in the description are accurate, namely:21.20 inches wide x 11.80 inches high x 17.25 inches deepNote:> The described depth of 17.25" seems like a bit of an overestimate. My measurements indicate it is actually more like 16.5" deep. In short, I think the system could snuggly fit in a box 21.20 inches wide x 11.80 inches high x 16.5 inches deep. Other answers of 14.5" / 14.25" deep were clearly made measuring just the depth of the main enclosure, excluding the aforementioned bulge and tab in the back. And claims of a height of 11" didn't include the feed.> The instructions also state that you should "Allow 20 cm of space above the oven, 10 cm at back and 5 cm at both sides".> I'm giving the oven 5 stars since it seems like a quality product, tho in truth I only used it for a few seconds.

Its not a $300 micro wave but it is just a $150 or evena $99 one. It does not give you that heavy built, really well, feal. Easy to use, accurate. A complaint is it does not have a keep warm setting it does have a warm up dinner setting which is good. Also the timer does not show time left unless you press timer then it shows for 5 secs. The big button for opening the microwave is usless. If you press the right side of the button the door does not open so only the left side of the button does anything. You may be able to keep warm at a 10% power setting. Im not suggesting that till I try it. Just a make do. Might cook the food more, I'm pretty sure. One tbing I like is you can program it to defrost food and then go into cook mode automaticly. Or some frozen food packages say cook at 50% for 2 mins then100% for 5 mins.Also says stainless but thats just 1/2 of the front, the top and sides are black

Thank you seller. Purchased this one and my friend put it in the kitchen for me while I was out of the country. When I came home (past the return date)... we noticed something wasn't quite right. Thought our kitchen counter was crooked... turns out the microwave must have been damaged in transit as the whole bottom was subtly but quite severely dented on the bottom - which caused it to sit crooked.Contacted seller because although it was functioning (nicely) and we propped it up to sit straight- hubby was concerned it might be a fire hazard... thought - "can't hurt to ask"... and much to my surprise - the seller sent out a replacement immediately! YAY...AND it is a really nice microwave - friendly use buttons (just enough features without being overwhelming) and heats nicely.Thank U Thank U Thank U

Not overly loud when in use. A good size to cook most items. The door window does fog up while using it but as long as it works properly it is not a problem for me. I use the micro to store my bread in to get it off the counter (I don't like putting it in the fridge) but you can see it through the glass door. My previous model blacked everything out. That would have been a nice feature.

We've now had this microwave for over 15 months. It is steady as she goes. It's long and low, fitting under our old cabinets, I like the power levels and the circular rotating stand for more thorough reheating. The recessed well under this stand is nice if something does spill. It beeps intermittently to remind me when I don't come back and take something out immediately. Bacon cooks nicely, food reheats well (I break up the time, stirring in between.) We have enjoyed this reliable appliance and it's a great price for it's quality. I feel quite comfortable recommending Keyton to you. P.S. One smart purchase is a cheap plastic splash dome to go over your food when cooking.
