Wilderness Poets Unpasteurized Almonds - Raw Organic Almonds - Bulk Almonds, 5 lb (80 oz)

This is my second purchase of a 2 lb raw almond bag from Wilderness Poets. The almonds are great and seem to respond to soaking and germinating well. However, just a very few almonds in the bag appeared to have gnawed on. The potential for pathogens in raw almonds is very serious, as you know. Please report this to your supplier. At this time I will continue to order your delicious almonds.

I couldn't get these to sprout, after several attempts. They taste way more Almondy than the regular U.S.A. pasteurized almonds, but I wasn't impressed. I paid like $125 for these almonds, I expected them to be covered in gold I guess. Maybe I'm just not an almond connoisseur? I made almond milk with them, and it was very almondy. That's all I can say. I'm glad that someone offers a truly raw product though, the price is outrageous even so.
