Great Kit for the Price, your skill/experience/patience determines the percentage fix on every dent.
I own 2012 BMW and I am very passionate about my car. Little over a month ago, we had hail storm in Maryland which created about 14 dents mostly the size of Nickel and dime on the hood, top, side and back. Every time I go around to get in the car it always bothered me and I wanted to fix this. I am a DIY kind of person but have never worked on dents before. I spent over two weeks watching numerous youtube videos, lots of user reviews, blogs, webpages on hail dents. And I felt fairly confident that I could do it. I researched on the minimum tools I need and settled with this kit. I also give FIVE STARS to this seller for very prompt communication and for professionalism. I have to be fair that the kit arrived on Mon in (3 days) but was missing some items. Given there are lots of small items I guess it was easy to miss some and I wasn’t going to work on my car till the weekend anyways. I emailed the seller, promptly responded and I got the missing parts with gift on Wed. I really like this kit, it does have all the things shown in the pic. Before buying one thing I debated was to get the one with LED board or regular board and I went with regular. It does the job but I think LED would be more preferred for any light conditions. Other thing beside this kit what you will need to buy separately is rubbing alcohol as the plastic bottle comes empty as mentioned. I got Denatured Alcohol (1Q) from Walmart. I heard other alcohol aren’t that effective but denatured did superb job. One additional research you need to do before buying the kit is what kind of glue stick you would need for your area temperature. Google on glue stick color get the recommended temperature range for your area. For e.g. Red glue stick is to be used in an area with very high temperature. But to be one the safe side Black colored ones are universal and would be a safe bet any temperature. I ended up using Yellow stick and at about 7AM working outside on cloudy morning at 75F, it worked great. I don’t have garage. Later after brunch when there was sun shining on the hood and it was little over 82, the glue just melted on the hood as the hood was hot and made a big mess. WD40 did a good job cleaning it. So definitely have to work indoors or on a shade. One other thing I debated was to get the one with a red bag or the one looked like hardshell case, I went with the bag; however, the bag holds everything except for the reflector board which won’t fit in. Judging from some other pics, I think the black hardshell looking box does fit in the board. No complains on any of the tool. It looked great for DIY and does the work its supposed to do.Now lets talk about my first time dent pulling experience. I think some of the negative reviews are people unknowingly giving this product negative which should have been negative for their lack of experience and skill. This set comes will all what you need to fix a dent but the main thing I realized is the skill and your art of fixing it. Out of 14 dents, I will be very fair and honest with you, two of them were 100%, and rest I give 90% but a dent professional will probably give me 70-80% for the rest of the dent. However, one have to really search and look at the reflection to spot them now. A regular passenger on your car won’t readily see the dent now which were visible before. For the two dents which was 100%, I pulled them little by little with the right tab. One thing sometimes you may run into is that you may over pull, which is not a biggest problem but now you need to understand the reflection pattern to tap it down correctly which is another challenge.. Tapping down is another skill. For e.g. if you get wave like structure from pull up happens with wrong tab being used or the way the dent is pulled out etc then to tap it down you really have to understand the reflection pattern. Sometimes you just have to know when to stop before really messing it up more while trying to fix it. Haha. A professional definitely can take my 90% to 100% or I will have to practice before working more. At this point I plan to leave as is as its not readily visible other than to me. If I still feel bothered in the future, I will take some action. After my dent I did work on my brother Mercedes which has one big dent and I got better. Few of my coworkers are asking me to pull their too. Again must say I am bit more experienced but not 100%.What should everyone (meaning amateurs) do after buying this kit? Go to a junkyard get a panel and make 20-30 similar kind of dents your car has, see how well you do, rate yourself before proceeding to your car; otherwise, make some more ding and practice. I didn’t do this so lesson learned for you. Patience is the key.So who is this kit for: I would definitely recommend this kit for anyone for PDR removal but does take patience and all boils down to your experience, skill and art and NOT the product. 1) if you want to have the readily visible dent fixed to 80/90% where normal ppl wouldn’t notice it without really looking for a dent this is for you. To get closer to 100% get a panel and practice. 2) If you never worked on dents before and extremely passionate about your high end car or just a brand new car and want EVERY dent 100% fixed, maynot be for you UNLESS you really want to DIY, then I would recommend do couple weeks of research, get the kit, try on junkyard panel before working on your car. It also doesn't hurt to check with local mom and pop dent repair shops with good reviews which have better prices than big named auto body. I got a discounted price for this product for a fair and honest review. If you found my review helpful, please click "yes" below where it says "Was this review helpful to you?" If you have more questions please have your email address on the comments and I will reply back.Again, I will leave you with this thought: This product is definitely what is needed and more than good enough to get you result but its your experience and skill that sets the percentage on every dent.

Used, missing, and wrong items [Updated!]!
The package came with used dent pulling tabs. Has glue on them. The glue gun came with a glue stick in it and half used. In one of the pictures in the reviews the glue gun can be seen packaged, mine just came in the red bag open. Package is missing a slide hammer (main reason to buy this kit), black glue sticks, LED panel, yellow dent puller, the black/orange knock down set, and the spray bottle. The black/gray dent lifter, black tabs and red double sided tape are in my package which is clearly not part of this kit. I have attached pictures that show what all came in my package. Disappointed!Update as of 4/12/2023. I contacted the seller by email and they were quick to reply back assuring they'll ship a fresh kit with no missing items. Just got that package today. It has everything but the red bag lol. But I don't mind that, at least now I have the tools to work. Not used anything so far. Hopefully the kit is good to pull out dents.

No reply from support, initially
Most of the kit is pretty decent. The slide hammer is very well made, however the actual dent puller broke on the first set of dents I worked on. I contacted support and they shipped me a new puller as well as extra glue sticks and the plastic pieces that are used to attach to the dent. I raised my rating by 2 stars for the service. Will have to see how the new puller holds up to use.

Great kit for anyone needing some DIY intro to PDR
This kit is a fantastic deal for the money. I have no experience in auto body maintenance, but this kit, along with Youtube videos, have me well on the way to repairing the 25 or so acorn dents in my hood. A few things, the glue gun included gets the job done, but the US outlet adapter is loose fitting, so it comes unplugged by accident sometimes. I fixed this by electrical taping it to the unit itself. Some of the tabs seem to work much better than others, but I imagine the different textured heads have their own purposes and more research could help me. The lightboard is not powered, it is simply plastic and uses natural light reflection to show on your surface. I thought it was LED powered, but it still works great, and considering the extent of everything else in this kit, still justifiable in the price. Haven't used the slide hammer yet, but the lifter is well constructed and pulls solidly. I recommend getting some different glue, the black sticks are working really well for me that I ordered from another vendor that have a 4 1/2 star rating here on amazon. My kit also included some extra tap down tools not shown in the pictures, as well as a few extra tabs, so that was a nice bonus. I think my kit actually had closer to 60 pieces if Im not mistaken. Onto actual performance: I have definitely been able to successfully pull my dents using this kit. I still have not gotten the hang of tap downs, so I think I'll have to watch a few more instructional videos to get that down, but this kit does work, and compared to some american vendors, you're getting SO MUCH MORE for the same price. Dent Tools Direct USA has a very basic starter kit for 15 bucks more than this kit. If you're an experienced auto body worker, or just someone wanting to do some DIY repairs to your baby, this kit is a great place to start for PDR. DO YOUR RESEARCH THOUGH. You can definitely cause more harm than good if you go into this blind. Make sure you clean your tabs and your surface every application, don't use a fine tip on your tap down until you're skilled or you will cause micro pits, causing you a whole mess of extra work. YOUTUBE IS YOUR FRIEND. Watch a few videos, and then pull and hammer away!
