Wanted one to match an existing one, could not get one anywhere else.

I recently purchased a MacBook Air 2020 and although I love the computer, I am not fond of the small screen (my previous computer was a 16" MacBook Pro). Consequently, I purchased a 24" Acer SA240Y monitor to accompany the new computer. I could not be more pleased with its performance. The picture is clear and bright, the price was reasonable and the monitor was relatively easy to set up. The monitor is extremely thin and the bezel is minimally obtrusive. I could have purchased a monitor that was much more expensive that had a slightly better resolution, but this monitor is perfect for my needs. In my hands at least, the adjustment of the brightness was a bit tricky initially (the controls are on the underside of the monitor) but others might not experience the same problem. The only minor quibble that I have with the monitor is that there is no ability to adjust the height and tilt (there was no indication in the specifications that these features were available-I should have looked into this more beforehand). However, with the assistance of a wooden support, my monitor is now at a perfect height. Excellent product-I can thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent monitor for the money! Only wish the speakers put out more. I also have the older model ( no speakers , larger black bezel) and the newer one has speakers and a narrower bezel so more screen on this model. Hard to beat features for price. 1080p looks bright, crisp and smooth!

I use my Macbook Air for work but I wanted a larger, affordable monitor that is compatible with Mac- and this is it!! Picture quality is great and so is the brightness level. I can't speak to the sound because I use my Mac speakers, but the USB-C cord that comes with this monitor perfectly links up with my Mac.
