I’ve been obsessed with Birria Tacos lately. I don’t know if this qualifies as authentic but the ingredients seem to be consistent with recipes I’ve read. It’s just the right level of spicy. I used a vinegar infused with cherry peppers in my recipe which bumped up the heat so I tried to tone it down with a spoonful of cocoa powder. It was amazing.

There is no instructions for the product. I used 3 lbs of meat and .5 cups of the the product. The cinnamon over powered the taste. It was terrible! That's all you taste! I tried to salvage it, but couldn't. Nobody could eat it. Don't recommend.

Delicious! Time saver !! I made mine in the instant pot and it cooked way faster and imparted a lot more flavor than doing it in your crockpot. Would absolutely buy again

I tried this seasoning twice. 1st was good. 2nd I added some tomato sauce made it better.

Like that it is resealable. Used it to cook the beef for barria Taco meat in the slow cooker. It made the best broth (consume)! Barria tacos were a big hit!
