Terrific product
I only added this Boning Knife to my kitchen arsenal during the past 3 days, and it has quickly become an indispensable tool in my culinary endeavors. The blade, crafted from high-quality stainless steel, maintains its sharpness exceptionally well. Whether I'm working with poultry, fish, or meat, the knife effortlessly glides through with surgical precision. The narrow, pointed tip allows for intricate cuts and delicate maneuvers, making deboning and filleting tasks a breeze. What truly sets this boning knife apart is its ergonomic design. The handle provides a comfortable grip, allowing for extended use without causing fatigue. The balance is impeccable, giving me complete control over the knife's movements.I appreciate the attention to detail in the design, such as the finger guard that ensures safety during use. The knife's build quality speaks volumes about its durability, and I'm confident it will remain a reliable companion in my kitchen for years to come.

Sharp, Elegant - Perfect for Commercial Environment
I have used Kyoku knives in a commercial setting for two years now, and this set was the perfect upgrade to level up my work station. The chef’s knive, cleaver, and serrated knife are my most used, and they’re great. All of these knives are razor sharp and maintain their edge well, all while looking as beautiful as when they arrived in the box. Even the knives supplied by my employer can’t compete with Kyoku knives - they’re well worth the price and with proper care will last a long time.

Very good knife
I normally don’t leave reviews unless I’m impressed. I hope this one helps others. I’m not a novice with knives and using them. I can’t believe the quality of this knife for the price. Holds a edge very well. Used to debone two large deer and process and did not lose its edge at all. Light and feels good in the hand. Less wasted meat as this thing makes detail work a breeze. This Knife is sharp and stays sharp. You won’t waste your money.

Well made knives, need better handle polishing.
The koyuku knives have great blades and are sharp and well balanced. However, there is a joint on the handle where the wood and metal meet the is raised and sharp edge and has not been smoothed at the junction. This appears on all the knives I’ve pitched from this manufacturer.

Great Knife
I love this knife. It was reasonably priced and it's very sharp. What a difference it makes, especially when cutting soft veggies and fruit like tomatoes. No more squished fruit and I can make nice thin slices.

Beautiful Knife set
These feel very sturdy and of good quality. We had some cheap Faberware knives that had lived their best life and so we wanted to get something nicer this time. These knives look really nice as well with the wooden handle and character on the side of each one. The base rotates 360 degrees and has a notch on the back that could be multipurpose to hold a small phone/tablet, recipe etc. The packaging was also very nice (black felt material on the inside for each knife, so this would be good to gift as well. Overall very happy with this purchase. Hopefully, the warranty is as advertised. Only time will tell.

My wife's dream knife
The Nakiri knife was something my wife had been wanting for a couple years. She prepares food for others, primarily a lot of vegetables. Nakiri translates from the Japanese to "leaf cutter", which describes the job this blade was designed for. This knife is designed especially for cutting and prepping vegetables. It makes a clean cut without crushing the produce. The blade is thin and straight, making the task easier. If you prepare a lot of vegetables in your kitchen, try a Nakiri knife. Save the chef's knife for other jobs.

Fabulous Boning Knife
The packaging is beautiful. I would definitely consider this brand worthy of gift giving. Straight out of the packaging, the boning knife felt balanced and was wicked sharp when tested. I used it immediately after testing and cleaning it to trim unprocessed skirt steak and it worked like a breeze. I hope it holds up as well as the knife I had been using for almost 30-years that's finally given up. I definitely recommend especially if you have small to medium sized hands, as it's very comfortable as well.
