Life saver
I don't remember how many times I've twisted my ankles during trail running workouts and competitions. This is a life saver, even if I end up twisting my ankle, this minimizes the damage by holding my ankles so the injury is minimized and I can recover better. I've been able to sustain long periods of workout thanks to this.

Totally Worth IT!
I knew this tape worked from local purchases and I have used other tapes, but as a teacher expense is always the deciding factor in a purchase for me. I am so happy that I invested in these it has been a comfort to know that my chronic pain will have daily relief. Now I have to share it with my baseball player son who loves it too.

Love the bulk!
Considering that I can get 20 precut pieces for $20 this is wonderful!! 150 piece for $50 is an absolute deal.

Easy to use
3 in family already used on swollen feet & sore big toe strain, arm/elbow area strain and Knee pain to reduce pain significantly. This roll will last and great Family purchase! Not sure how to use, many Youtube videos with explanations.

KT tape
This tape is great, I’ve used it previously but I wanted to buy it in bulk since the small pack doesn’t last me very long! Well worth the money, and it stays on for a few weeks even when showering and getting it wet!

It really stays on!!!
It stays on for a long period of time as long as the skin is cleaned with alcohol first. We use it for knee swelling and tracking, shoulder and ankle dysfunctions primarily.

Great tape
I use KT tape fairly frequently, as an ultra runner l often have a few niggles and use KT tape to help with the healing process. I’ve tried loads of different KT tape brands but this is by far the best I’ve tried, like they say you get what you pay for. If you buy it the bulk size it’s really good value for money
