Product packaging was fine. Only problem is that the USB sync didn't work. I bought two and one worked. So if you are fine with paying double you can buy two and get one working.

R2 button will not return to its normal state, making the controller useless, happened approx a month and half after purchase. Really wish I'd read the reviews first.

Seems good for the money.

Very good value for money, just like a xbox controller. Easy setup out of the box, battery lasts a very long time 👍🏿.

No head set function to this controller no gd for gamers and its not an official license controller and has been blocked by xbox from being used

The lt and rt button don’t work and feel extremely stiff when trying to press stay away and no head phone port

To my disappointment, I am not happy with this controller. There are no connection or sync issues, and the looks are good however not ideal for me. The Left and Right Stick has nice tension, the LT and RT buttons are very good for racing/Shooting games.Fault:1> Among the 4 lights the top most light has already stopped working. (I thought its the battery low but only 3 light flashes among the 4. Was fine when first unboxed it, but after 24 hrs the top light is gone.2> the LB and the RB button make to much noise when clicked , and they are loose as well. Not ideal for games that uses LB and RB.3> The D-PAD Up is softer than the D-PAD Down and sometimes requires extra pressure and occasionally triggers the D-PAD LEFT function4> There is a constant buzzing noise as soon as the controller starts the first vibration. Turning off the controller stops it but once started it keeps going as if the Motor is constantly running although no vibration, this is also causing the battery to drain quicker after full charge.5> Button B is already getting sticky.
