This is a good quality, lovely looking standing desk. The range of height is extensive, and the mechanism smooth. Used solely as a standing desk it is not far off perfect.However, whereas when standing there are 3 possible positions to stand - the two side pieces and the corner part - when sitting, the only option is in the corner. This is because the feet are large and heavy - which of course they need to be - and are basically in the way. This also means, as another reviewer pointed out, you can not utilise the space under the desk for any kind of cupboard or other unit.I have found working at the corner unit when seated difficult because the desk is not horizontal at that point as a standard desk is, and trying to get my arms comfortable has been challenging.Overall, for the price it is very good quality and value as a standing desk. If you plan to also use it as a seated desk more than just occasionally, I would give some consideration before purchasing to working at the corner part of this desk, and the potential issues around the large feet.

First of all, I have to admit that I was similar to one of the other reviewers, being a little bit concerned about buying something this expensive which doesn't have many reviews.I can categorically say that I have no regrets whatsoever.The desk arrived within 2 days, rather than the week originally quoted, so that was a win from the start. Opening the box it arrived in, I was amazed at the quality of the packaging materials the pieces arrived in - each within their own "container" within two polystyrene "drawers" (see photo). I've never seen flat-packed furniture given so much care when it comes to packaging. It felt like if Apple were to make a flat-pack desk, this is how they would package it.Putting it together was also surprisingly straight-forward. The instructions are clear, and despite how it looks at first, there really aren't that many pieces. Just make sure if you open all of the screws etc that you remember which one is which (or keep them in the packaging!). I think it took me just under an hour to put together from start to finish.On completion, I tried it out and the height adjustment works perfectly. A good speed and nice and smooth. It feels solid and study, and there's plenty of room for my desktop and laptop, and lots of coffee mugs.It's rare I leave reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised by this that I just had to - and it's an absolute bargain, at a fraction of the price a lot of other companies are charging for these desks - in fact, I haven't seen a corner one for less than £1500, and none of them look as good as this either.If you're hesitating to buy, don't wait on it.

I was anxious about the purchase as I was unsure if I’d be able to construct it and had a neighbour on standby to help. However, my teenage daughter and I constructed this in less than two hours. Instructions are easy to follow. It is heavy, solid and attractive. It adjusts effortlessly. Can’t wait to return to work!

I needed a height adjustable desk that also wouldn't take up half the room. The L shape of this one is perfect and provides ample desk space for a work from home setup. Was very easy to assemble (though I needed a hand when flipping it right side up!) and was a super quick delivery too. It's pretty sturdy and looks quite stylish. Have already recommended it to colleagues who've been looking for something just like this.

The order arrived with all parts that were needed including a screwdriver! Arrived way ahead of schedule which I appreciated too.I read a review that mentioned it would be a good idea to have someone help you. This was true because the stand bit was hard to add because it was super heavy. But the instruction manual says to put the tabletop on the floor and the legs on top when screwing them in... If like me you were alone, then I suggest putting the tabletop on top of the legs, then laying underneath and screwing it securely on top. Worked for me!I will say it was really, really heavy so have Amazon deliver it within the house, not on the doorstep because it's super heavy as a package and the individual bits as well are really heavy too. BUT I LOVE IT AND ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND YOU BUY IT TOO!
