After visiting the Samsonite store in Tampa (the closest store 7 hours away from me) in which they gave me wheel and bearing replacements that didn't even fit my luggage, I found these replacement wheels. Delivery was fast. The wheels did not fit perfectly but I wasn't expecting them to. They appeared to be the closest screw pattern to my luggage that I could find online. Once I had them attached, they work great, roll smooth, and appear to be able to hold up to normal travel. I am so thankful that I did not have to replace a piece of my matching luggage!

We have a 20 inch hard side Samsonite luggage about 5 years old. Easy to install rolls like brand new. The wheels do not look as solid as the old ones hence the 4 and not 5 stars.

Don’t waste your money. Replaced all 4 wheels on my suitcase with these and at the end of one trip the wheel broke free of the housing. Replaced that one and then TEN MINUTES of walking later it happened to another. It just happened to a third one. So annoyed.

Fit luggage correctly. Rolled as well as original Samsonite wheels.

The wheels roll well and are smooth, but unfortunately not the greatest quality. One of them snapped off while loading the suitcase in our car! Very annoying for our trip, and now I need to replace the wheel again only six months after replacing then the first time.

After a recent trip, two wheels on my Samsonite Omni PC 24" luggage was damaged. It was very difficult to find replacement wheels. Samsonite Customer Support was no help, not responding to multiple emails requests for directions on how to obtain replacement parts. After much research and measurements, I purchased the W024 wheel set. Replacement is easy. Unzip the inside liner and remove the three screws holding the wheel in position. Setting the bag upright and using a flashlight you can easily align the new wheel. There is a left and right wheel in the set, so make sure you have the correct one. A screwdriver with a magnetic tip also helps. I purchased two sets and replaced all wheels. It rolls better now than with the original wheels that came on the set.

Can confrim it fits the samsonite omni pc. Totally saved me having to buy a new suitcase. Worth every penny.

Other than late delivery date, this product fits perfectly. Ordered another set. Hopefully the new order will be delivered by the promised date.

Unfortunately, it didn’ fit and wanted to return the product. My request was not managed according to my expectation. This was a total waste of my time and money, and you can rest assured that I will never buy such product again. Even though measure spectrum are provided on the website, there is no way to ascertain that this product would fit nicely on suitcase. Overall, I am very disappointed of my experience, and would never recommend such product to a friend.

Only one wheel from the pair pivots. Not usable at all for a spinner.
