Comfortable.
This unit is very comfortable to use. Most of my usage is around my knees. The fit is great, the quality is excellent. After purchase I discovered that this ring is the same brand used at my ATI location.

Light weighted less resistant
Good. Proper size, quality. Light weighted but less resistant when you work out. Wish it had firmer feeling so that it works better.
