The book was great and I loved the story and the characters and the plot and the plot twist .

We had one. Our Middle schoolers requested the rest of the series.

i havent finished it yet but the best is yet to come

As a first gen gamer (since the 80’s) I was excited to pick up these 2 books by Max Brooks, I only read the intros and the back covers and I knew this would be an excellent choice for our grandsons Easter basket (13yr). He actually smiled when he walked in our kitchen and started looking them over. I am looking forward to reading them when he is finished. They seem well written, filled with adventure and humor. We love playing Minecraft and I absolutely enjoy all my warcraft (lore) books so I decided to give these a try to get him back into reading . Fast shipping , about 2/3 days, and arrived in excellent condition. I think these are great for pre-teens and up. As far as I can tell they are just good family friendly (clean) outlooks on what it must be like to start an adventure in the good Ol world of Minecraft .

I liked the first one better, this was a good book, but as my nine year old is reading it with me the language could have been better. The characters were great. The story was good. The large amount of action sometimes made the narrative hard to follow. Still it was a good book.

Perfect just what I wanted

Minecraft the island is good. This is the sequel to Minecraft the island. Therefore, this book is cool and stuff.

My 10 year old son had to have this book after reading The Island. He took it to school for silent reading time and finished it in about a week. Said it was great and he can't wait for the next.

But the kids all love it. Personally watching it gives me a headache but I guess I'm not the target market. My boys loved this addition to the Mine Madness

This is a great sequel to Minecraft: The Island. However, I do think The Island is better, this is probably in 3rd place after The Island and The Shipwreck. Overall great book, definitely a must read for Minecraft players.

My daughter liked this for her birthday
