Fits and works
Amazing price for this kit. Had intermittent air conditioning. Turns out it was the clutch. Had my mechanic install this and everything seems fine now. 2014 Crosstrek premium.

Works, very loud
It works, got my AC up and running. It's super loud when it cycles on though, doesn't give me confidence in its longevity.Also, there were no instructions or diagrams.

Great replacement and even better customer service
My AC was coming and going on my 2016 Crosstrek with 160k miles. After some research, determined the AC clutch needed replacing. I bought this and installed and while it fixed my AC problem, it was making a whine while engaging. I reached out to the company to see if there was something wrong with how I installed it or if this was a normal noise. They ended up sending me another unit and the new one came within a couple days. I installed the 2nd replacement and sure enough the whine was gone. They didn't even ask me to send the first one back. Thanks again!
