It flushes away everything. Before I used to put 2 table spoons into a glass of orange juice but I was using too much so I started with using it with a cup of hot water and 1 tablespoon it works better

Love it! Our entire house uses it. Comes in very handy on a regular basis and definitely after a heavy meal. Unlike a lot of products I've tried this one is very smooth without the abdominal cramps. The taste is blah...akin to cardboard so I wouldn't suggest drinking with water. We normally drink with apple juice. Take it at night and by morning it should have u going.
