Its pretty good, tricky to get a hang of but saves time. Works best over non-highlighted text. So if you've already gone through with a highlighter expect less accuracy. However its great for adding quotes in papers and to take notes!

Updating my review from 1-star to 4-star because they are earning back my respect. After an experience that started off very disappointing and then moved me to anger when CS stopped responding to me for 15 days, the owner of the company personally called to express his understanding and sympathy for my situation with sincere apologies for the CS break down that could have been avoided. I deeply appreciate that! Thank you! I'm not sure at his point what my future will be with this brand & product. I still have concerns with the functionality of the device (a possible fatal flaw in the code or how the code interacts with other devices/apps), but understand they are working on it. There are some customer service issues that need to be ironed out also, but because of the genuine passion the owner has for this product and the customers, I have high hopes that Scanmarker will overcome and be the better for it.
