I loved these candles when I first got them. I've tried many brands and they were immediately my favorite...until last night when the largest candle wouldn't turn on. I swapped out batteries and got it to come on for a second and then it shut off again and wouldn't come back on. My husband said he would look at it and see if he can fix it, but it hadn't been moved or dropped so I don't see how something could have come loose. I was about to order another set but now I think I will wait. If hubby is able to get it working again I may order another set just because I like them so much when they work.

These are absolutely beautiful. I have them on my mantle in the living room, where I can't have real burning candles, as we have 2 mounted deer heads over the mantel. You can adjust the lights (brighter or softer), candle flickering, and time them with the remote. I have always been wary of the LED candles, but bought some before Hurricane Sandy to have on hand. None of them are as beautiful as these. I love that they are made of real wax, which really helps when visitors come. You really don't know that they are not real candles! The best thing is no open flame, no smell when you put them out, no soot!

Not only is this company wonderful to work with, their product is excellent. The remote can be set so the flames can be dimmed, and the candle can be used as a light, or dimmed with the appearance of a "flickering candle". My husband is skeptical about such things, and he was even impressed with how nice and realistic these looked. I have one candle in a lantern on the front porch decorated for fall. A family member chastised me for having a lit candle next to a bale of hay. It is that realistic. I highly recommend this product, and if there were 10 stars, I would give it 10/10 for customer service and product satisfaction.

I loved these candles so much, I bought a second set. They look incredibly real when burning and the remote control works great. You can easily turn them on and set the timer for 4,6 or 8 hours and forget them. They take 3 AAA batteries and even though I used Energizer batteries, they consume the life of the batteries when "burning" the candles every day for 6 hours. But what you get in exchange is a bright light with a flickering flame that looks stunning. And much much safer than regular candles.Would recommend.

REALISTIC! GREAT VALUE!! Gives off a lovely warm "candlelight" glow! The remote with timer is a great feature too! Ordered first Air Zuker Flameless last year. Ordered two more sets of three this year! Yeah, they're that good! I have a more expensive Luminara. These are waaaay less expensive and, as far as I'm concerned, they have a much more realistic "flame" and glow. Arrived as on time (actually, I think it was ahead of schedule) and well packaged.

The unfortunate thing is that the first set would not respond properly to the remote, so the seller was gracious enough to replace the entire set. Now 2 of the candles of the replacement set will not work at all. It seems the light may be burned out (one is so dim it is barely able to be seen, the other doesn't even light up), as the batteries are brand new (we replaced them - again!) and this set is less that 2 months old! Very frustrating. Pretty sure I would not order these again, even with free replacements. Too much hassle.

Got these for my mom. She doesn't use them much. Flames not very realistic and they make a slight noise when moving. Takes a lot of batteries. She wanted the name brand ones, not sure if those are any better. I prefer regular flameless candles myself. These seem kind of gimmicky
