Low Calorie High Protein Recipes: Eat Right While Keeping Your Calories Low

It wasnt possible to see the contents whilst browsing on line. So I ordered anyway thinking there would be some photos in the book of the recipes. Unfortunately not a single one. This has prevented my from trying any of the recipes so far ! - very disappointed

Easy to follow

I revived the cook book, and was excited to start looking through the recipes and start cooking, but was really disappointed apon opening the book, there are no recipe pictures, it’s really basic for the nearly £7 that I payed for it! To be honest my 10 year old could have come up with a better lay out,for a cook book! It looks like someone had literally printed pages of the internet! Very disappointed!

The book is very basic. No photos in the book which is disappointing. No spine for book and a pixelated front cover. It all looks very unprofessional and amateur. It makes me question the legitimacy of the recipe calculations. Would not recommend.
