The Best!
KT tape is a great alternative for joint support and controlled mobility. I usually buy the Pro KT tape because I find it a bit stronger than the original non Pro KT tape. As a fitness instructor I highly recommend it!!

This stuff is great! I have knee pain and braces wouldn't stay in place. The tape gives good support and stays put! I can walk without discomfort!

Adhesive doesn't last for the entire roll
This tape works like magic, relieving the pain in my knees. However, I replace my tape weekly, and have been disappointed with the adhesive. The longer I have this, the less sticky the edges are. When I first used the tape, the edges stuck well the entire time I wore the strips, even after 2 nice warm showers a week. Now the edges peel up after only a few hours. I wear shorts for a few hours after applying the tape, so no clothing is rubbing the ends before the glue has "set." I am trimming the pulled up edges daily, where I never had that problem in the beginning of the roll. I'm very disappointed. These are pre-cut strips, so I can't just make them longer to allow for losing an inch a day. I use 8-10 strips a week between my two knees, so I hoped this more cost effective option would work. Apparently not. Very disappointing.

Do not buy stealth beige!
This is great tape but DO NOT buy stealth beige. For some reason it doesn't stick but I've had the stronger colours, usually laser blue, and they are excellent. Note that the one star reviews are usually for stealth beige.

Pro quality in large quantity
My son plays junior hockey and he has to support his left shoulder before each game with 6 straps. This jumbo size KT saves us a lot compared to the regular 20 straps box that we used to consume every week.The synthetic material is a lot stronger than the regular cotton one and does not absorb sweat as much. The elastic is stronger too and holds, so far, the shoulder in place. The glue is also stronger and holds very well after 2 hours of hitting and shoving 🙂
