This is the only thing that helps my depression, I had to get blood tests for my B12 levels, it was at levels that were almost toxic, which was caused by the supplement, soooo I reduced my dosage by more than 50 percent. Just sayin . Will see how it goes

Ashwagandha helps with minimizing menopause hot flashes. You only need to take one of these pills a day for maximum benefit. You can take it for months at a time, but you do need to stop taking it for a week or two periodically. Hope this info helps

I've been using this brand of Aswagandha for about two months now. I take it in the evening, and only one pill (half the dosage). I think that it has helped me with relaxing more, and getting to sleep. But, not really sure. I may not reorder this item.
